> The controller can control up to 2048 ICs. It is two-way. Each way controls 1024 ICs. Normally one IC controls three leds. If you apply it on common 150 leds 5050 strip lights, you can connect in parallel up to 100m/328ft of strip lights by one way. Two ways total up to 200m/656ft of strip lights.
> The length +/- function on the controller box is to set up the controlled IC quantity. By default it is 50 by one way. If you want to connect more, please add first the the controlled IC quantity to what you need, then work it normally.

ON/OFF: ON/OFF button, it can open or close led anytime.

P+: Program choosing button, up direction there are 133 programs in all.
P-: Program choosing button, down direction.
L+: Adding button, to add the IC NUMBER, the most number is 2048 in the state off.
L-: Reducing button, to reduce the IC NUMBER, the least number is 3.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns and exchange within 7 days from the date you received the merchandise with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandises need to be unopened and in the original packaging. If passes 7 days of your purchase, a 20% restocking fee will apply on a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

For all returns sent by mail, including exchanges, shipping fees are yours to pay. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping of the return.
